That’s why all new members are given a comprehensive 12-point health MOT to give you a clearer picture of your current health. They will measure your cholesterol and blood glucose levels, blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), as well as assessing your lifestyle including sleep and hydration. From this they will create a personalised programme to help them get fit and healthy in 2012.
