Canopy & Stars is a company dedicated to tracking down incredible, unusual, places to stay. We love anything with a slightly outdoorsy feel, from treehouses to houseboats and everything in between.  We’re keen to promote environmentally responsible travel and think that luxury camping is a really fun way to encourage people to go off-grid and try something a bit different. The idea is not just to find great places to stay, but great experiences provided by people who care. At some of the places we’ve found, you could find yourself riding a horse through the surf, using a trout smoker, axe-throwing or being pampered in Regent’s park.
